Child Safety Standards – Cedo

Cedo is a community platform for donating and sharing items between people in Israel. We are committed to a safe environment and maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and any child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

1. Zero-tolerance policy

Any content or activity related to the sexual abuse or exploitation of children is strictly prohibited on Cedo. Violations result in immediate content removal, permanent account ban, and reporting to the competent authorities as required by law.

2. In-app reporting

Every user can report content, items, messages, or users that raise a child-safety concern using the report button available next to items and within the chat.

3. How we handle reports

• Immediate removal of content that violates our child-safety policy.
• Suspension and banning of accounts involved.
• Retention of relevant information for handling and reporting.
• Reporting to competent law-enforcement and child-protection authorities as legally required.

4. Legal compliance

Cedo complies with all applicable laws regarding child safety and the prevention of child sexual exploitation, including reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law.
